Whether it is formalizing people-centric processes and programs or balancing the needs of the organization, its leaders, and employees, I am a great addition to your leadership team.
I offer ongoing HR business partnering in 3-month, 6-month and 12-month bundles or a month-to-month program (includes 2 sessions/month). This arrangement allows you to receive coaching and support on anything you are working on with your people (ex., your leadership, their leadership, people strategies, teams or individuals).
