Leaders often can see the results they’re not getting but putting their finger on the root cause can be tricky. What appears to be relationship issues and cross functional rivalry can actually be governance issues or misaligned incentives or metrics; turnover may be caused by toxic leaders, or it could simply be poor role and workload design.
I’m equipped with a method to diagnose organizations, objectively understand the root cause and help you put in place strategies to get you past the challenges.
